(and yes, are usually bored as well! :) ) Focus: Evaluating perspective (in a novel or in the workplace, home life, etc.) Task: Please have a writing utensil ready. I will ask you to respond in writing to the images below on the chart provided. There are no right answers, so just record your thoughts. Please respond to a minimum of three photos. Time: 4 min. Small Group Discussion: Meet in assigned groups to discuss your thoughts. Please allow each person to share their thoughts about each photo. Large Group Discussion: How were the perspectives of these images in your group similar? How were they different? What impacts how we see others? What makes the first impression? What makes lasting impressions? Do they remind you of anyone? Yourself? Next, we will watch two brief videos. Video #1: As you watch, think about one thought you have from the video about perspective that you would like to share with the group. Video #2: How do you see yourself? If you were in the photographer's shoes, how would you approach your subject? What would the photo look like? What would be in the background? Do you think others see you in the same light?
