Next, we will come into the class and discuss goal-setting and journal expectations. You will establish your five goals, and set up your journals.
Then, we will have an awesome mountain biking workshop by James and Ian.
Today we have the privilege of having three AWESOME workshops! We have:
Tennis with Evan
Lacrosse with Josh
Football with Brennan
After Mrs. Baker and I talk with you about journaling, we will assign groups to participate in the workshops. That way you will be able to rotate through and experience each.

Recipe for Homemade Snickerdoodle Larabars:
15 Medjool dates pitted. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes before grinding
2 Tablespoons date water (after soaking)
1.5 cups cashews
½ cup raw almonds
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Sun Warrior non-dairy or Optimum Nutrition Whey)
Mixture to roll the balls in:
¼ c almonds
½ c cashews
