good morning students!
today is my dads birthday, so i decided to write that as a reminder to myself to text him. ;) thanks four taking lunch count and having a correcting pen and shirley out & reddy to correct. than we will take about 10 minutes to work on flip books. this afternoon we will work on peer evaluations of writing and reading.

please be prepared with a pencil and markers/colored pencils on your desk (if you have them). Then, study the image below as carefully as you can for the next two minutes. I am going to ask you questions about what you notice when the timer goes off. Does it remind you of anything? What do you wonder about it? Where might this be? Consider these ideas as you study the picture and think of what other questions you might have about the image.
